A precise hole punching of each single hole in a battery container is essential for a high intercell welding. The high capacity hole punching machine (HPM) processes six car batteries and four truck batteries per minute. It can be easily combined with all BM assembly lines or any other assembly line.

All 3 axes (x,y,z) of the punching tool are equipped with servos to guarantee most precise positioning. The compact punching tool punches round or oval holes and can process even the smallest car battery.
